By accessing and using Twinly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Twinly is an AI-powered tutoring platform that provides personalized learning assistance through voice conversation, interactive whiteboard demonstrations, and step-by-step problem solving. The Service is designed to help students learn various subjects including mathematics, science, coding, and more.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Twinly offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
  • Price changes with 30 days notice for existing subscribers

7. AI-Generated Content

Twinly uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content and responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses should be verified for critical academic work
  • Twinly is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content
  • You should use the Service as a learning tool, not as a substitute for your own understanding

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms
